Making payments

Use the Payments Online option in the menu to make a payment. You can pay for your general rates, water account and debtor account. Select Application Payment to pay for development applications, licences, notices and orders, bonds, trade waste, property leases. Select Debtor Payment if you have received a debtor invoice.

Customer Requests

You can lodge a variety of customer requests. Once the form has been submitted you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your enquiry. You do not need to be a registered user to lodge customer requests.

Certificate Request

Information you need before you lodge your 10.7 planning certificate

We have developed a step-by-step guide to assist with ordering your 10.7 certificates. This guide can be downloaded here.

If the 10.7 Certificate you are ordering is for two or more lots, then ALL lots must be adjoining. Otherwise, separate certificates must be ordered.

Registered Users

If you are a registered user, please login to continue. To order certificates you need to be a registered user.

You can lodge a variety of customer requests. Once the form has been submitted you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your enquiry. You do not need to be a registered user to lodge customer requests.


Registered users can request and pay for a broad range of certificates, including 10.7 certificates, 603 certificates and drainage diagrams. Apply under submit an application for the following certificate types

  • Section 10.7 (formerly 149) Planning Certificate
  • Section 10.7 (2) and (5) Planning Certificate
  • S603 Rates and Charges Certificate
  • S603 and Special Water Meter Reading
  • Special Water Meter Reading
  • Sewer Drainage Diagram
  • Flood Information Certificate
  • Noxious Weeds Certificate
  • Certificate of Outstanding Notices

Applications

You can submit applications to prune or remove trees.

The following applications and certificates must be submitted through the NSW Planning Portal. These include:
  • Development Applications
  • Modification Applications
  • Complying Development Certificates
  • Construction Certificates
  • Occupation Certificates
  • Subdivision Certificates
  • Section 68 Local Government Approvals (Activity Approvals)
  • Notice to Commence (NTC) and Appointment of Principal Certifier
  • Private Certifier documentation
